Request for Reconsideration of Library Materials:
FCLS has established a materials acquisition policy and a procedure for gathering input about items in the library’s collection. We encourage our patrons to first speak to the library manager regarding their concerns about library materials.
To request the reconsideration of library materials, please print and complete the Citizen’s Request for Reconsideration of Library Materials form and policy attached below:
Completed forms should be returned to your home library branch.
