Teen One-Shot D&D Campaign

REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Join us for a D&D adventure!

This mini campaign will be open to rising 6th-12th graders and is designed to introduce new players to the world of D&D. It will begin at 10 am and may last up to five hours to allow time for new players to ask questions. Please keep this time commitment in mind when deciding if this program is right for you or your child and plan to pack lunch, snacks, and water.

Registration will begin at the Character Build Workshop on the 3rd and spaces are limited. If you can’t make it to the workshop but would still like to play, please give us a call!

Want to learn how to play D&D but don’t know where to start?
Join us for a character build workshop on August 3rd at noon! This workshop is open to rising 6th – 12th graders and will teach you how to create a character and allow you to meet other D&D players! It is open to all experience levels but will be geared towards beginners.

Hip Hop Workshop

Jam to some hip hop and make your own with visiting performer Mr. Scooter!

Mr. Scooter is a storyteller, rapper and children’s librarian from Wilmington, North Carolina.  He has released two children’s albums as Melvil Dewey – International Library Hip Hop Superstar and is the creator of Book Wrangler and Rap Battle of the Books.  Mr. Scooter is a Library Journal Mover and Shaker Innovator and NACO Award winner.  His work has been featured in School Library Journal and VOYA Magazine.
